Half your daily needs of magneisium!
Perfect for this busy working mumma, I often make poor decisions when I am craving a snack especially around that 3-4pm afternoon time. This’d be perfect for a pick me up on my way to kids sports and keep my energy levels up.

Magnesium, cos deficiencies in magnesium can cause issues with muscle pain. I want to win cos I’m encouraging my mum to eat healthier snacks and she is low in magnesium. I think she would love these!

I love walking, my toddler loves walking, my newborn loves walking. Best thing when walking is snacking on healthy bars and how good is it when that bar has half your daily magnesium needs!!!
