  • Oh my goodness! Getting healthier would mean I could accomplish my goal of getting into the police force and would also majorly boost my self confidence.


  • Health would get me out of the rut that I am in, help me get stronger mentally, physically and able to manage my emotions better and most importantly keep up with the kids! Trimfit Bodies 10 minute exercises could really help!


  • Will get me off the lounge and stop me being a couch potato and maybe loose some weight.


  • It would mean I could keep up with my daughter and just generally feel good about myself


  • Walking with excess weight has taken its toll on my joints. Pain is an everyday ongoing condition for me. Learning to eat healthier would make me smile again. I’m sure the pain will subside.

I would just love to feel fitter and happier in myself again so that I regain that energy, drive and pep I use to feel.
