Need peace of mind while bub is sleeping? Here’s your chance to WIN a baby monitor that goes above and beyond!

The Smart Sock is the first baby monitor to track your baby’s oxygen level and heart rate—the best indication of baby’s health—while they sleep. If your baby’s readings leave pre-set “safe” zones, you’ll receive a notification that lets you know your baby really needs you. Now you can feel more confidence, more freedom, and more peace of mind knowing that Owlet is here to help you keep your baby safe.

We’re giving one MoM Member the chance to WIN an Owlet Smart Sock 3 valued at $479

Since its introduction eight years ago, 96% of parents using the Smart Sock say that they’ve felt less anxious, and 94% of parents have reported better sleep quality while using the Sock on their baby.

Founded in 2015, Owlet is passionate about empowering parents with technology that enhances their parenting journey. By building intelligent technology for parents and babies, Owlet aims to give parents peace of mind and vital information, allowing them to be the best parent possible.

  • Oh every child is so different! Having a routine and sticking to it so they become aware of sleep times. Everything else will fall into place (eventually). Keep things noisy at day and calm and quiet at night.

  • Singing! The same song every night, and he’s asleep by the end!

  • Music and cuddles – they are always winners

  • We always found making bubs bed nice and warm worked a treat. I would pop a hot water bottle or wheat bag under the blanket for a little while and remove it before putting my babies down. Who doesn’t love going to sleep in a nice warm cosy bed xx

  • Cuddles… give them with cuddles and they fall asleep soundly and securely in my arms! Transfer when they’re fast asleep, heaven.

  • I rub their forehead but my mother would rock them with their face in the sun so they had to close their eyes.

  • Our first little angel is still five months away, so I don’t yet have any tricks! I have read all of the comments and learned some amazing things that I never would have thought of – added to the memory bank!

  • Dimmed lights, a bath routine and a consistent bedtime song playing. Babies are clever and pick up on cues so this really worked for our nightly settle and bedtime.

  • i sing to bub

  • Hold her hands together and pat her bottom

  • A lullaby -bub’s in tune with the melody and we soon have harmony in her bedroom!

  • I’ll be honest the two I’ve had have not been good sleepers, only if being held. Here’s hoping I can work magic with the 3rd!

  • I’m expecting my first baby 7th July, but my mother has said breastfeeding and swaddling and bed time routine are a sure bet to get them off to sleep.

  • Have a regular ‘quiet time’ to help the little one settle and naturally fall into a regular rhythm of sleep.

  • Massage always works for me

  • Gently rocking and humming along.putting the baby’s ear on my heart.did work with my daughter will try tthe same with my next baby she will born in October

  • Warm up the bed with a lavender wheat pack first. Makes it warm and cosy for them to settle into easily and the lavender lingers long enough to sooth them to sleep.

  • Being close to mum, whether feeding or just laying close together, always seems to work. This sock would be amazing for my baby due in 8 weeks.

  • My baby is due in early June, so I haven’t yet formed a special go-to trick to get him to go to sleep.

  • Hold bubs is my arms and use a Gentle constant Pat on the back whilst rocking and gently bouncing side to side. Works a treat! x
