  • By not getting into my tracksuits pants, the minute I do I eat more and then by spring my jeans wont fit anymore!

  • My kids and I have been working together to stay fit in the cooler months. We have been playing twister inside and chased outside. I have been going Pilates to keep those extra kilos off.


  • I’m going to try my very best to make it through winter without putting weight on. I have just lost 20 kilos & I don’t want it back.

  • I am making it happen this winter by watching what I eat and continuing to exercise so that when it comes time to put on my swimsuit again I won’t feel self conscious about my appearance.

  • By drinking lots of water, eating healthy food that I make myself and going for a walk every day. Plus go swimming a few times a week.

    Lost 47kgs with Mish’s guidance so far,
    By running to the shops – not taking the car.
    Cooking my own snacks and not having carb attacks!


  • Well. I just gave birth to my baby, so I made that happen! The next step is to be organised and try to do some DIY when on maternity leave. Wish me luck!


  • Ive just started the michelle bridges 12wbt so hoping thats how im going to make it happen but fingers crossed! ????


  • My husband and I are going to do the military diet to kickstart our new healthier lifestyle!
