I need help with 2 little ones and working with very little time to look after myself. I have also now have an under active thyroid since second child so even harder to move any weight, so I’d love all the help I can get.

Over the last 4 years I have had 4 kids (including twins) and also managed to put on over 30kgs. I have lost half of that but my weight loss seems to have stalled, this could be the answer!
