My son is a growing little man. He is very active especially in sports. He needs added protection and to boost his immunity.

When I help my daughter with homework and it’s not going so well… I just want to do everything I can to help her out. I probably don’t feed them as much fish as I should. Also I think she gets her math skills from me. :S

I give the kids smart supplements as I believe gut health is really important for their immunity and overall health. I also think over processed foods these day is missing essential nutrients.
