A good healthy breakfast for the kids or you.
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1 toast
- 1 teaspoon of vegemite
- 2 slices of ham
- 1/2 avocado
- Cook the toast to your liking.
- Spread the vegemite on the toast (use butter as well if desired).
- Top with the avocado and smash with a fork.
- Put the 2 slices of ham on top and you're done.
