20 lucky winners will receive a $100 voucher for the next 30 Day Habit Challenge for Mums!

Join our 30 Day Habit Challenge where we bring you the science of habits and just how to beat those stubborn habits that get in the way of your health goals.

As it turns out, most people in today’s society often know what they need to move more and eat better but why, for such a smart well educated nation do we still struggle to beat our bad habits? Habits like the 3pm sugar hit, intending on getting to the gym but never quite getting there, or the old one wine that magically turns into three, which turns into a piece (ok a block) of chocolate? Overeat when bored? Indulge when stressed? The list goes on. These are habits… bad habits, that causing you to fail… every time. So, what can we do about it, a lot as it turns out.

Join Melitta Hardenberg, Chief Habit Breaker and learn the science of habits and just how to get yours broken.

  • red wine as i have way too much and its unhealthy, expensive and making me unfit, put on weight, be tired and unhappy

  • Definitely need to break my sweet tooth. Hopefully then my exercise will be worthwhile and not undone by my sweet toothed obsessions.

  • Non mindful eating. Where I’m walking past the fridge and food magically jumps into my stomach without any input from brain

  • Eating so much when I’m at my desk at work.

  • My addiction to eating chocolate after dinner each night. I can’t seem to settle without a sweet treat after savoury food.

  • 3 young boys…yes so many excuses for sure. But if we are being honest I am the excuse, breaking the habits takes time, time I don’t give to myself. I would love to give myself something to a brighter future.

  • Which habit should I choose? My teenage daughters nail-biting habit? My primary-aged children’s habit of messing up our house? Or my habit of drinking coke? We all need help! Pleeeaasssseeee?? 🙂

  • Eating when I’m bored I’ve gone up a few dress sizes in the past couple of years from this and it shows no signs of stopping. I need some help!

  • I have been trying to quit smoking for some time now but I am struggling! If I could do the 30 day challenge, maybe it would be all I need to quit for good!
