  • Family, friends, neighbours, people who have helped me during the year e.g. doctor, vet, and especially my family and friends in England,as I’ve been friends for over 50 years with many of them. Christmas cards are a great way of staying in touch.

  • Sadly, exchanging Christmas cards is now a dying art with people preferring to use social media. There was nothing lovelier than a letterbox full of happy cards. I want to send all my friends and family cards with sincere wishes next year and revive a happy and loved tradition

  • I love to encourage my kids to write Christmas cards to their classmates, these would be a wonderful twist and get the kids out in the garden and get in touch with their green thumbs!

  • my mum some of my friends and my neighbour, basically anyone I know who likes to grow their own fruits and vegetables. I might even keep one to send to my 7 yr old he loves getting mail and he seems to have a green thumb too.

  • I would give the cards to my niece
The seeds will be a lovely additional piece
To her ever expanding veggie patch
Even if it’s a bit mismatched!

  • Being a teacher, I love teaching my young students about nature and the world around us. These cards would be given to my students, without a doubt. What better way to learn about nature than to plant seeds!

  • I give them to our local indigenous preschool for crafts as they get very limited funding to help our local littlies!

  • My three granddaughters (6,4,2,) they have been learning/planting seeds with their parents.

  • My community garden group participants. I didn’t know them 12 months ago but they’ve grown on me in more ways than one!

  • To those close to me,
    To fill them with glee,
With our family’s wishes to them,
It’s like a passing of zen!

  • I would give them to my family.

  • To my family and friends, all of whom would love to try their hand in a green thumb!

  • I will give these fascinating cards to my little nieces and nephews to try and instil a love of gardening and maybe even veggies for the sweet little people.

  • My christmas cards are going to my family and neighbours!

  • All the Aunts and uncles,
    The grandparents too.
And we couldn’t forget the cousins,
    there’s more than a few!

  • I would give them to my wonderful family.

  • I would give one card to my step father and the other card to my brother. They both love gardening, so I am sure they will enjoy them.

  • My family, my friends here and in New Zealand, Sweden and England. They all like to get Christmas cards from us every year and I always write a letter with each one that goes interstate or overseas. It’s nice to keep in touch even if we can’t visit.

  • I will give them to my family and close friends because I know how much receiving Christmas cards warms people’s hearts and I’d love to spread the love.

  • I would send them to my wonderful family.
