first up you need to ring up and book a course. it cost my sis $5000 for the training. you learn all the jargon etc and then will get to ride around with an agent and go to showings of houses etc as you learn. you get to put signs around the place lol

You can do a Tafe course for property management to increase your chances of success and also if you contact Human Resources of the company you would like to work for and ask what they look for in candidates, then you know what you need to work towards. I know LJ Hooker head office will be able to put you on the right path or other large companies.

I think your best bet would be to just go to an estate agents and ask.
I have seen ads in the paper tho saying no pervious experience needed you just need to be able to work some evenings and weekends.
