We pitched a tent in the backyard, set up a tv and DVD player plus a stereo. 8 girls came for the weekend. They had a piñata, watched movies, told ghost stories round the bonfire, danced and sang to music, did some cooking, went for walks. It wasn’t a bad weekend

A ten pin bowling party might be good. A lot of these bowling centres also offer laser tag and karaoke, which would be fun for young teens.

A dance party is a great idea.

Thanks everyone. We ended up having a dance party and it went really well. I hired a dance teacher to give a Hip Hop class and the birthday girl and her friends loved it. Party pies and sausage rolls after, so it didn’t cost all that much either.

Go to the cinema and maybe after to Maccas for dinner.
It’s something that they all like even if you don’t.

If you don’t mind doing some work a picnic/bbq with some games. You could include an activity such as row/paddle boating (Yarra river somewhere does this?). High tea is also a nice idea someone else suggested.

A limo ride with bestie.
A fancy dinner out with a friend.
A surprise outing where she gets dressed up and you pick up her friend and take them mm for Hugh tea.

My daughter had a party at the local cinema, we seen a movie and each had popcorn and a drink (I snuck in a bag of lollies for each of them) Best party ever as I didn’t have to clean up and the girls had such a ball.

Gold Class is a great idea.

My daughter was invited to the 13th birthday party of a girlfriend. They were just 6 girls and the mother brought them to paintball! They had a wonderful time!

Trampoline park, localy we have a adventure fun park thats full of fun things water to do for kids that age, but if it cold where you are i would suggest a dance party, pamper party where you could get the kids to do pedicures, etc. or invite a few of her best friends and take them to a pizza and a movie or gold class with some nibblies. Or maybe timezone for a session of fun. This maybe suited if there will be both boys and girls invited to the party.

Is there anywhere that offers pamper parties near there?
