Hi, I’m going to the private hospital ‘Saint John of God’ on Gib street. They are known for their fantastic maternity service. Casey hospital (not private) in Berwick was my second choice, but they are fully booked at the moment. As you are only 5 weeks, I’d highly recommend getting in early if you want a public hospital like Berwick Casey. Otherwise there is Dandenong hospital, Frankston Hospital or Monash. Which are all a bit of a hike for us living in Casey. But Monash is probably the best public hospital for set up for high risk mums/pregnancies. My OB is in Berwick, she is private and I know there are many in Casey. Your GP can give you a list for your upcoming referral.
