I actually need my Christmas Tree to be exceptionally big and well decorated, how do I go about this? Any recommendations on where to buy a Christmas tree and decorations?

I generally shop online especially ebay or gumtree. There is always bargains or for some decorations I make my own

For big, glamorous and over the top, my first stop would be Myer. But you can get great Christmas trees from KMart, BigW, Target etc. All depends on you and your choices
