  • Garmin Vivosmart 4 – A slim and stylish tracker with advanced sleep tracking, stress tracking, and heart rate monitoring. The Vivosmart 4 is especially known for its accurate tracking and long battery life (up to 7 days).

Xiaomi Mi Band 6 – If you’re on a budget, the Mi Band 6 is a great option. It offers heart rate tracking, sleep monitoring, and a bright AMOLED display for a fraction of the price of other trackers. The battery lasts around 14 days.

  • I don’t have any sort of fitness tracker – I suppose I go with my gut feeling. But I might pick up here which ones seem to be the best.

  • I’m happy with my Fitbit versa but there are just so many different ones out there!

  • I use my fitness pal and it’s associated apps on my phone easy and free

  • Whatever you decide, then look on gumtree or buy sell swap pages – there are always a lot of people getting rid of them. Pick one up cheaply

  • following, my garmon broke, im looking at a it bit alta hr

  • I’m almost over fitness trackers after realizing how limited the sensors are. I have a GPS watch for tracking outdoor activities and giving stats on them and it happens to also do fitness tracking: counting steps, measuring intensity minutes (from a wrist based heart rate sensor), sensing movement in sleep to say how well you slept and stuff like that. However, the sensors are very basic even in this expensive product. For example, the step count is more influenced by how much you move your arms! The accellerometer doesn’t detect walking IF you happen to be holding your arm steady on a pram / trolley (or wheelbarrowin the garden) while changing gear in a manual car on a bumpy road can REALLY boost your steps for the day! or simply waving your hand to fan yourself for 2 minutes…. and detecting movement in sleep in just a joke… I know whether I’ve slept well or not… and the tracker is SO uncomfortable and doesn’t really measure anything useful. Even the wrist based heart rate can be inaccurate if you have sweat/sunblock and so all the estimates of intensity minutes and calories and stuff is also off. I think they can be useful motivationally for a short time, but once you are moving you’re better off just going ‘by feel’ and you get to know whether you’ve moved enough for the day or not. If you get one bear this in mind!

  • I have a Fitbit Flex and I really like that it is so basic and easy to use

  • I have a Fitbit surge and love it, I can keep an eye on my steps, set timers for exercise and have an app on phone that I can look at each day and set my own challenges

  • I love my garmin vivofit!

  • My son bought me a cheap one off AliExpress, an online store. It’s great at a fraction of the price of many others. But honestly, if you can’t find motivation, a tracker won’t be of much help

  • Only on my smartphone….. Google Fit, it’s free and has been working fine for the few months I’ve had it.

  • I have a Fitbit blaze and love it.

  • I saw a very flash one in the shape of a ring… Can’t remember the name, though.

  • If you have a smart phone Google does one you can get for free and it works quite well.

  • I have a Fitbit Charge 2 but the band broke after 5 months…I had a Fitbit Flex and that broke multiple times

  • I have a Fit Bit Alta which I am really happy with but most people I know have a Garmin of some sort.

  • I love my FitBit. The app is really good

  • I currently have the galaxy watch which i dont recommend as a fitness tracker. When i walk with my pram it thinks im cycling and there’s no way to alter this

  • there are apps for your phone if you dont want to buy a watch.
