For my youngest I used suppositories as she was always refusing too.

Mop up the liquid that comes out of the mouth with a dummy (if the baby uses one)

I’ve used a dropper when babies and only when they get older I used a syringe . Maybe just drizzle a little at a time especially when the baby is restless .

In a syringe, straight into the side of the cheek, so they can’t gag and spit it back out at you

i would try the syringe but you could also try to mix up a little in juice

most medicines come with an eye dropper and i find its easy to dribble it into their mouths

Quickly and with a slightly warmed syringe is best. Just bwfore a comforting feed 🙂

A dropper is a better option, trying to use a syringe can be trying especially with a resistant Bub, you may accidentally squeeze the whole dose in one go and Bub may spit it out. At least with a dropper you can control minimal amounts. Good luck.

A dropper is a good idea or just do the syringe very gently. Its so important to get the dose right that it is best to use the measuring device supplied with the medicine.

I Found when my kids were younger using the panadol dropper was the easiest way to get them to take the medicine. I found it was small enough to push into their mouthsthrough the corner of their mouth without having to force their mouths open. you can also just release a small amount at a time using the dropper dispenser instead using a syringe whch can be hard at the easiest of times.
