Anyone else feel like they are stuck in a rut?

Hello!

How have others dealt with the feeling like you’re stuck in a rut in your relationship and family life? Our marriage seems to have suffered and it’s almost like we’re going through the motions. So hard to get some excitement back and do things for ourselves.

I think we all feel like this, stuck in a rut and life becomes humdrum and on auto pilot. If you’re meant to be together and are prepared to put the work in, you’ll get back on track

maybe try a getaway with just you two. it may help you or give you some clarity. have a break from the everyday and enjoy each other’s company

Maybe you might have to face the facts that maybe your relationship might be over. Hard to consider but could be a possibility???

Seek some support and help from a relationship counsellor or get some books on relationships or both. It may help to reinvigorate your relationship. Maybe organise a regular date night or do something different once a week; dinner, picnic, bowling…..just re-connecting.
