sometimes a lot of the self employed tradies will do these jobs cheaper than the bigger companies. Funnily enough, quite a few of these people got trained through the big companies and then know enough so they go start their own business and know who to contact etc.

My mother did living in the tropics it made sense, she has a fly screen all around to keep out the pests. A doggie door for for her dogs ensure they can go do their business but the encloser is safely locked up. She already had tiles in the area and kept them. Yes get some quotes and it really depends upon what you want to use it for.

maybe get a few free quotes from local business. It depends on what materials you use and labour costs.
