Smoothies are a great way to get kids to have a range of fruits i find with my 3yo. Shes very fussy and doesnt eat much no matter what i try however she has lately been interested in putting money in a money box so we created a chart and if she does all her “jobs” in one day then she gets a coin. one of those jobs is she has to eat half her dinner and so far it is working. we tend to eat alot of stirfries but I find if we have lasgne, shepherds pie, spag bol, burgers etc. I grate the veges up and mix them in the mince and she has no idea she is eating them
I have a fussy eater, who is now 10. I found when he was younger, fritters and mini muffins with hidden veges, but lots of bacon and cheese worked wonders. And milk shakes or fruit smoothies! Good luck! x
