My daughter has a thing called a kindle for her books. I think that might just be fir reading though, don’t think it’s one you listen to

If it’s just for the trip, I would be going for the cheaper option. If she shows genuine interest in it, then look at buying a more expensive option

I would go for the cheap tablet. More costly the an MP3 but you can do so much more with a pad

I would lean towards a tablet only for the reason they are much more versatile, it will depend upon the format the audio books come in though.

Depends on your Budget. I couldnt live without my ipad. I brought a program online that converts movies so i can transfer them onto the ipad. If it just audio books you could just get a cheap MP3 player, does the same.

I will use ipad or if you dont iphone is good too.

Buy a iPad. Download games, books, games and movies .. A lot of places you stop might have free wifi, is make the most of it.

I would go for the tablet because it can be used for other things after the holiday.

You can use a Kindle for audit books as well, it first 1000’s of books as long as you don’t need all the bells and whistles!

My kids have the cheap generic tablets from Kmart that they use in the car. I find anything with an android system is better as your not restricted to only using apple apps. The downside is that the batteries don’t last as long as I would like

ipad type devise as you can do so much more than just listen to music.

I’d love to go 3 months on the road!

We use our iPhones to play audio books because we are easily able to recharge them and fit most headphones (as well as being able to play through the car stereo when we all want to listen).

A tablet as it will do everything an mp player will and heaps more.

Go with the tablet as you have so many more options. You can take pic’s and email your family along the way. Set up books and games take notes, keep a travel diary too many other uses. Have a great trip!
