  • The easiest thing would be to ask unwanted things. If you want money in bulk then maybe a garage sale would be the easiest and whatever is leftover can go online.
Otherwise maybe you can bake stuff or make jewellery and sell it at local markets.

  • There is only so much you already have to be able to sell. Some survey sites can help, but they take quite a bit of your time. Usually average $1 per 10 minutes of your time. If you are hands on, maybe you could make things to sell, and your kids may be able to help you. There are some work from home jobs – I’m unsure of what is involved.

  • I really want to start something but am too scared to as there is too many Scams out there

  • Online surveys is one way to make a few dollars!

  • Any mums who are stuck at home and are wanting to make some money, I have a suggestion! I was trying to find some ways to make money on Reddit I come across this post about a new English learning app and they need native English speakers to make short 10-30 second videos. I have been on this app for 4 months now and I’ve been loving it! It’s so fun and easy, if you want to check it out here is the original post that I found: https://www.reddit.com/r/beermoney/comments/i1hogr/speak_english_and_make_money_as_a_contributor/

  • Have a look at survey companies etc, try to find things that make you save money rather than spend. Try to win prizes on websites like this! I have mistplay on my our tablets/phones and earn a few jb hifi vouchers through the year which helps with presents too

  • Use shopback to get cash back on the shopping you already do and I have just started using the snooper app. You can accept missions wherever you are that day and get paid for taking a photo of product displays in supermarkets, bottle shops, Priceline, etc

  • Lots of innovative suggestions below. I would love to know if you tried any. And more importantly, were you successful money wise at any of them?

  • Typing, transcription services, things like taking in ironing.

  • It often takes a bit for the money to add up, but I joined survey sites & get vouchers for my groceries which has definitely helped with managing our budget.
Do your research & find the sites that will work best for you!

  • Surveys – Research Connection used to hold focus sessions but recently have moved to phone/computer sessions given current climate.

  • catalogue deliveries

  • it is so tough with many of us out of work at the moment.

  • Online surveys and reviews! Easy to do in your spare time and from anywhere

  • Perform a service on Air Tasker
Learn a skill and sell it on Fiverr, Freelancer, Upwork
Create an ebook and sell it online
Create an ecommerce store and sell online – https://ecommercery.com/quick-start-guide/
Buy old and used objects and fix/paint them then flip them
    Sell things on Amazon
    Creat a blog

  • Selling your unwanted items on gumtree?

  • Hold a Garage Sale! We recently went through our home doing the big Spring Clean Out and had so many things that were too good to throw away, so I put up notices on the Supermarket Notice Board a couple of weeks beforehand as well as doing a letterbox drop locally advertising and on the day put Posters up all around the area. This saves you a lot of money instead of advertising in the paper. You will be surprised at how much folks will pay for handy household items to use themselves or give as gifts and you can donate anything left over to a Charity. Good luck with your money-making endeavours! :)

  • Definitely look around your house for any un used items and sell them on facebook or gumtree as its amazing the different things people are looking for and willing to pay for.

  • Survey and Research sites are fun, but don’t bring in much money; if you’re crafty, make and sell things on etsy; if you have items you no longer need that are in good condition, sell them on eBay.

  • I work full time but I also do surveys online it helps heaps.
