ive seen this question alot lately! and was suprised to find out a book i had at that age is still a book that comes highly recommended it was called girl stuff.

Some schools have DVDs you can borrow or you may be able to borrow one from your council library. I don’t know if you can “pause” DVDs or not. That’s what my cousin did. She watched with her daughter then they sat and discussed it. Her daughter asked questions she which was able to answer at her daughter’s level of understanding and maturity.

I would maybe visit your local library and have a look. Maybe ask for some help and advice. Or google for some ideas
