I got one off ebay. Look for the most basic one, all the others will have colour flakes and will come with multiple fragences.

Spotlight has a craft section where you can buy all you need in a kit form and then you can buy just the wax as you get to know what you are doing. There are few different varieties available. I bought a candle and a soap making kit recently and they turned out just great.
