Hello!

I have metallic beaded looped cords that hang low. How can I baby proof them? The dreambaby product does not work for my type of blind cord.

  • I was going to suggest tying them up high, but other suggests here are also good.

  • URGENTLY! I had a friend who’s baby died this way. Go to Bunnings and get the best and latest technology love

  • Blind shops should be able to help… may be able to change to a rod rather than cords or have the cords encased

  • Cut them at the bottom so they can’t connect

  • Go to a blind shop ( dollar curtains and blinds, spotlight, victory) and take a photo on ur phone of the cord. I had to get a plastic strip for the blind cord to run through so there was no defined loop.

  • Velcro strap them to the curtain rods, out of sight out os little minds.

  • Zip tie them right up high,

  • tie them or clip them up high.

  • Use a cloth line peg to keep them out of reach!

  • Maybe contact the supplier and see if they have shorter cords

  • You can use safety tassels in each cords.

  • Some command hook stuck to the window frame to wind them around

  • can you use a magnet to hold them up high out of harms way?

  • Masking tape them up high to the back of the blinds so they can’t see it either.

  • we got a pack from our state government but we’re in Vic

  • Wrap them up and tie them high.

  • put them up high on hooks or something

  • there are some good comments here

  • i have seen a thing that holds your cords on the mouth of mums competition page

  • I have my chords in a fabric pouch that gets tied up, such a scary thought I’m actually regretting getting blinds now
