If you do..do it on a gentle, heavy wash cycle.

I think you can but personally I wouldn’t. I’d buy them dark coloured joggers instead.

You can wash them just do them on their own on a gentle cycle. Newspaper inside also quickens the drying process.

Yes, my son did that and his shoes turned out so clean . I probably wouldn’t mix with your other nice clothes so that part is hard as I don’t want to put in with undergarments or nice blouses, shirts etc .. Now I come to think of it I forgot to ask how my son did it .!.. thanks

I put them in a pillow case to stop them banging about in the machine. Also it is better to take out the laces.

They say no as it can destroy the glue but I think they say this only for warranties purpose, I was my sons nikes all the time, just on cold and have never had a problem, kids are more likely to grow out of them before they fall apart!
