  • I let my kids go to Birthday Parties at the age of 5 but I would take them a little later then the invite says and then would go pick them up a little earlier then it said so all in all they would be only at the party for no more then 2 hours

  • It generally seems to be around second class, but it depends on a lot. How well do you know the parents? How well does your son know them/ their home? What’s the venue? If in doubt, just ask the host what they expect.

  • First ask if he is ready. Next ask the hostess. He is about the right age.

  • I would go inside and ask the parents and depending how your child feels

  • I think it was about 6-7 for my children.

  • It depends on how your child likes to stay with friends.May be ask with other parents who invited the party.

  • I think it depends on what your child is comfortable with, where the party is at, supervision etc. Each party will probably be different. At 5 I still stayed with my kids.

  • I think it depends on your child, the party and the people. I have had 1-5 out of 10 or so kids have no parents arounds since about age 6 (it’s more every year and oldest is 9 now) What you, your child AND the person throwing the party is comfortable with.

  • Just ask if parents need to be there…i think if your kids is in school age u dont need to stay…younger will propable need some adult supervision
