  • Google yum yum balls :)

  • I would look up recipes on google.

  • The easiest one is mixing condensed milk with coconut flakes.

  • I don’t like too many additives so to sweeten mine I like dates

  • These are called Yummy in your Tummyfruit balls & they came from a Prep Teacher and are easy to make and taste great. Good too for when you have to bring a plate for parties or school break ups. Ingredients 8 Weetbix crushed, 1 cup sultanas chopped, 2 tablespoons coconut. 2 Tablespoons cocoa, 1 can condensed milk, lid full of vanilla essence, 2-3 tablespoons of rum (optional) Mix all together well and squeeze into lballs, roll in extra coconut and refrigerate.

  • well you could go the weetbix, condensed milk, cocoa and coconut way! traditional christmas balls lols

  • I was thinking of a mixture such as coconut milk instead of sweetened condensed milk, dried fruit and some dessicated or shaved coconut. Combine and roll into balls and roll in shredded coconut

  • oooh I might give these recipes a go!

  • Not everybody is keen on coconut. Any alternative ideas anybody??
It will be very sweet with so much condensed milk in it too.

  • You could turn white Christmas into balls rather than a slice. You could also make coconut ice as balls rather than a slice.
You could also make Apricot Balls which turn out white with 1 packet milk arrowroot biscuits finely crushed, 1 can condensed milk, 1/2 cup finely chopped apricots mix all of this together well and then roll into balls and then into coconut.
I have also made these with just dried apricots, condensed milk and coconut but I can’t law my hands on the recipe at the moment.

  • 1 pk of crushed Marie biscuits
    1 tin of condensed milk
    2 tbsp of coca
    50 gms of shredded cocunt

200 gms of cocunt for rolling balls in

Let rest for 30 minutes in fridge
Once rested roll in to balls
(Children kove this bit as hands get messy)
    Roll in to cocunt
And store in container if lucky should last 1 week.
But normally eaten with in 2-3 days

  • Maybe a coconut ice with rice bubbles would be fun and easy to make? Cooking with kids is such fun..but oh so messy in my house!
