Hello!

I love this food cravings question because you hear some unexpected answers. Mine was dull: pasta – but whilst breastfeeding the first time, I craved milkshakes then mushrooms.

  • I ate Guzman y Gomez everyday for lunch and had cheese toasties for brekkie each morning! Not the greatest and healthiest of foods but I wanted to give myself and bub what we were craving!
Number two I ate peanut butter on toast everyday hoping we would avoid any nut allergies – not sure if that’s a sure thing but my little boy loves peanut butter and isn’t allergic.

  • My cravings swapped and changed a bit with each child and Im not sure they were cravings so much as I just wanted something lol but for me I wanted pickles, thickshakes and cheese burgers lol.

  • I craved Vegemite and Oranges. Not at the same time haha…however throughout the day I craved salty then citrus cravings. I had a girl if this means anything?

  • My cravings were rather dull & boring.
With my 1st I didn’t really get any cravings but did go off all my favourite foods.
With my 2nd I went crazy for vanilla yoghurt & doritos. I would dip the doritos into the yoghurt.
With my 3rd it was corn flakes, at the most ridiculous hours.

  • Not as weird as some but lemons was for one (and he now can eat lemons without squeeming)

Another I ate quite a lot of tomatoes which I normally wouldn’t eat.

  • I made my husband make me oven roast potatoes at 3am in the morning for a week straight!! he wasn’t happy but he dare not argue with me whilst I was pregnant.

  • raw rice!

  • All types of fruits! Watermelon was my number one though!

  • Crocodile?
I am trying to figure out which word that is autocorrect for?!

  • I craved crocodile with lemon, risotto balls and all the things full of carbs that I hadn’t had for ages when I was eating super healthy. White bread, couldn’t stand the multigrain or wholemeal while pregnant. Pasta.
My favourite thing I craved was peaches. Organic peaches in juice was a staple.

  • I craved sour things like pickles but that was only during the morning sickness time.

  • I craved spicy food and seafood .

  • My 1st pregnancy was roast beef and also peppermint choc chip ice cream. Which is very interesting as I don’t like ice cream normally and still don’t and I was not a meat eater then either but since then I do eat more meat than pre pregnancy.

  • With my 1st I HAD to have a hot cinnamon donut no later than 10am, later it was potato pies, hot chips. With my 2nd it was hot chips, pancakes and peanut butter & honey sandwiches (which was a worry as I have an allergy to both) I asked my dr what to do he said as I was in hospital try a little sandwich & see what happens. No allergic reaction. My Dr said pregnancy hormones can do weird things.

  • burger rings chips with my first child but nothing with the rest

  • Peanut butter sandwich

  • I craved tomatoes and tuna with one of my 4

  • Frozen coke

  • With my first I craved Big Macs and Frozen Coke. I hate McDonalds, cold drinks and soft drink. With my second I craved fresh ham sandwiches and bacon. I hate pig meat.

  • Just read some hilarious comments on facebook about people craving smells – Laundromat, leather, new rubber softballs! First pregnancy for me was peanut butter, satay chicken and doner kebabs (not really pregnancy friendly that last one). First tri with this pregnancy I’ve craved milkshakes. Not very interesting either… but I get food cravings pregnant or not
