  • I didn’t get around to it last year and I got so very sick with influenza A. I made sure I gotcit this year and I have been fine. I regularly visit medical rooms for my work so I have a high risk of infection. There is a huge difference between a cold and actually getting a dose of the flu….

  • I haven’t had a flu shot for years after having a bad reaction from the last one and I did get the flu that year and I was really sick for about 3 months. Since then, I’ve not had the flu at all and my partner gets his flu shots and he gets the flu but not bad and I still don’t get it. So I think it’s up to you. Personally I don’t think it’s effective enough for everything out there.

  • Yes, The whole family gets it and we also get the covid shot and keep them up to date. My husband also has the Shingles shot since. I’d rather listen to science than the social media know it alls. If I am taking a chance I’m going with them. We have never really had any issues apart from the occasional sore arm.

  • For the past two years I have not gotten the flu shot but prior to this I got it every year and i didn’t feel it made a lot of difference so i no longer get it. I always felt like I got sick after having it and to be honest, it doesn’t protect you from the latest viruses that are out, it really only covers you for strains of bugs from the previous years.

  • Our whole family gets the flu shot every year. We’ve never had the flu. I know a lot of people that are against it but so far it’s working for us. This year our youngest had the nasal flu vaccine but usually we al got the needle.

  • I got the flu shot while pregnant, as recommended. My husband is a doctor and works in a public hospital, he gets them every year they are available. It’s hard to say if it’s worthwhile because you can’t really compare flu season to flu season. I trust the 15+ years of education and medical understanding my husband has to help make informed decisions for our family
