I do! I even made my own apron! I have 3 in total. I wear it only when cooking, not housework. I do it to protect my clothes, and they are fun to wear!
Occasionally I wear one if I’m making something that involves a lot of flour and kneading or mess. Not sure why they have fallen out of vogue, but they are still very useful and save on washing. I think they are practical
Pretty sure our ancestors wore aprons unless they relaxing, entertaining or out and about. Certainly saves washing larger items of clothing. I tend to hold the dishes against me while wiping them so a pinafore absorbs the moisture. They make good bibs.
I don’t wear one, but always have a towel over my shoulder or tucked into my skirt! I always remember my grandma wearing an apron – she would never start cooking without one – I guess times have changed and Mum’s nowadays are often too busy to even think about putting one on!
I don’t but really should. When I am baking I seem to get everything all over me. Honestly tho I don’t wear one because I don’t own any and I would probably forget to put it on anyway
