Usually they are employed by the brand rather than the supermarket. You can even ask through particular brands Facebook pages.

I’ve seen a position advertised a while ago through an individual company. That one was shorter shifts. Can’t remember the advertised pay sorry! It looks like a pretty good part time job.

in the supermarket store, you would just be an employee that works there anyway. The ones standing in the shopping complex walkways just get sales people for those jobs so that’s the position you might look into.
