I’m absolutely sure it can’t be good for your teeth but try not to let it worry you too much just do your best to minimise the damage.

Definitely will. Rinse your mouth out but DO NOT brush your teeth straight after vomiting. Visit your dentist, they sell a topical treatment called Tooth Mousse. It will help protect your teeth. If you can, use a mouthwash a couple of times a day to help keep your gums healthy.

Yes it does. It wears away at all the enamel due to the acid. I lost a tooth due to the amount of vomiting I did when I was pregnant. Make sure you rinse your mouth out each time or even better if you can brush your teeth

If at all possible its a good idea to visit a Dentist before you become pregnant so that you can get any work done and have a good professional clean.
If you are battling morning sickness then its important to make sure you rinse your mouth out with water everytime you are ill.

Unfortunately, yes due to the stomach acids you bring up.. But just keep your oral hygiene up, clean after each meal, & try to increase your calcium intake and you should be fine 🙂
(Don’t brush directly after you vomit, due to the acid coating on your teeth, you are more likely to scratch the enamel at this time).
