This hasn’t happened to me. I’m guessing the dry cleaner would compensate you for the jacket?

They obviously admitted fault the fact they know the black card was in another person’s jacket. Did you ask them for compensation? Do I interpret correctly that they weren’t able remove the stain?

I think you need to bring up the issue when you’re picking up the item or when you’ve just got home as otherwise they can dispute the accident was with them. I think it can be difficult to resolve.

Yes they lost a pair of gorgeous pants l had and l asked for money in return,l hope you did the same!

I have noticed some dry cleaners closing down within the last few months.

I do not use dry cleaners. I launder everything with care at home.
