My son loves small pieces of cheese, banana and toast cut into small squares.
I also made a thin zucchini slice and added carrot, which I break up into pieces for him to eat. It can be frozen too.
Steamed veggies, omelette or frittata (with grated veggies) cut into pieces, my son LOVES chicken ‘muffins’ – essentially just chicken mince with some spices, spinach leaves and a dash of tamari, then baked into individual muffin sized serves (I cut it up into bite sized pieces for him). Any kind of patty – again I cut up into pieces.
My bub used to love sucking in broccoli heads, avocado strips were fun but slippery, toast cut into chunky strips. I used to roast sweet potatoes in strips to hold and also freeze them in zip lock bags – they were brilliant to pull out and quickly heat.
Carrot sticks, thin watermelon wedges, sandwiches cut into thin fingers (mine liked crusts off), chunks of cheese. They will be messy no matter what they eat.
