Been recently diagnosed with gestational diabetes and struggling to find consistent info on what foods to avoid (besides the obvious like candy).
For example, some sources state to avoid watermelon, while others say that 1-2 servings of any fruit is okay. Some say Milo is fine while others say not.
A bit confused with this new subject. Anyone who has experienced GD know what’s some foods to avoid that might not be so obvious? Especially what helped regular blood sugar levels.
