These are great to use when either having a light period or with tampons for extra protection. Cool designs and all individual wrapped. Often half price at the supermarket.

These are the best liners, the are nice and discreet but also quite absorbent for those days around your period where you need a little protection! Also handy while pregnant and having a little bladder leakage

I really like these liners. They are individually wrapped nice and small, so I can be discreet and place one in my pocket before going to the toilet if I need to change it at work. I wore these when I was pregnant and still use them now, they are very soft and mould to my body so I don’t feel like I am wearing a liner at all.

My favourite liners. Never any issue, and exactly what I needed after becoming a Mum (if you know what I mean). Don’t give me any rash either so that’s a win in my book.
