I find points or entries much more confusing now than with the old system (where I’ll admit it was a bit of a game for me to watch myself moving up and down on the slider thingy). I also don’t watch them all that closely as the interaction is what I’m thinking about, not the entries. That said, might be worth emailing the MoM team if it’s an ongoing issue for you.

Like others I really have no idea as I never check them but perhaps I should.

Lol, I never look at the points in my tally ! I wouldn’t even know where to look for those. I suppose my focus isn’t as much on how many points I get, but more on engaging with this community of mums. But it’s good to hear the problem is sorted by the lovely Anita Butterworth 🙂

I’ve been experiencing the same glitch. Some days the points haven’t ended up in my tally, other days there will suddenly be a few added on. The website has had some really lovely visual updates lately (especially the new email format, very cute!) so I think there might be some teething issues.

I have not experienced this myself, have you tried contacting Anita in admin to see if there are any issues that she can see? I hope you get this sorted soon. Anita might be able to do a review of your account and check that everything is working correctly or not.
