I gave birth just over a year ago and I only pumped for 2 months as my baby was born early and I couldn’t make enough milk due to not having enough milk glands. Anyway, I still have some drops if I squeeze my boobs. It’s been 10 months since I stopped pumping. I also haven’t ovulated either and have to induce my period with medication each month. I know I have Galactorrhea, but the doctor won’t give me the medication to treat it until I see him again in another 6 weeks’ time. I had to get some bloods first and a breast scan. My prolactin levels are normal and there is no pituitary tumour. I have no thyroid issues or any other concerns. So, my doctor is confused as to why this is happening.
Has anyone had Galactorrhea after birth and how did you fix it?
