I have always found talcum powder to be the best solution, their little legs can’t get through it. Sprinkle it where you can see them coming into your house and around any windowsills where they usually get in. It should keep them at bay.

I know it isn’t natural but ant rid works

place a small tub, like a lid off the butter, on your bench filled with a paste made from bicarb and icing sugar. The sugar attracts the ants and the ants cant digest the bicarb so it kills them. Good luck!

Oh also borax, sugar and water paste is a good natural option.

Not natural but ant rid gets the job done, getting rid of the best once and for all!

Find the nest and pour a jug of boiling water down the hole. Kills the nest stops the problem.

It depends – a constant ant problem may be indicative of a nest in which case you may need to ask someone to come out and check.
