That sounds like an amazing way to celebrate your birthday! How about a “Friendship Olympics” with different activities that cater to everyone’s interests? You can have a face mask station, a mocktail-making competition for the non-drinkers, and perhaps a game night with various board games or trivia. This way, everyone gets to enjoy something they like, and you all bond over the shared experience. Have a fantastic girls’ weekend!

Maybe a dinner out ? Going to the movies ? Doing something creative like a pottery class or so ?

An escape room, hot springs experience or even a cooking class. An activity that will allow everyone to get to know each other while having to do something might be a great way to start.

To make it enjoyable to all suggest they all put in an idea and then everyone is happy x hope you had an enjoyable time x

I find relaxing with a massage would help to ease any potential tension and awkwardness and act as a relaxing ice breaker

Agree with the other comments – a nice group activity would hopefully make bonding a little bit easier! Otherwise, an at-home pamper night is always a hit. Grab the bubbly (or alcohol-free version), some snacks, face masks, nail polish etc and relax and watch a movie! Hope you have an amazing time away though because you deserve it.

A group activity or something active that you can do together could be fun. Like an escape room, go to a rockclimbing gym, do a hike or go horseriding or learn to surf or go kayaking together.

Try to do something where you can focus on the activity and have that to talk about afterwards if there are any awkward silences

I had a weekend away with friends and we booked a family unit that was right on the beach and we had all our put in our unit and there was a bunk bed and two youngest got the bunk bed so I got to be on the top and it was funny climbing it. We first had a walk around the beach then had lunch at a hotel some bought drinks and just had a relaxing day talking then we went back to our unit and played some music and this is when you could do face masks on and that can be so funny looking at each other. Then after you can play a game we played twister and it was so funny I was crying laughing it was so funny, but might not something you like to play but it can be cards or something else.

Beach or hikes. Could also go to local markets, shopping, go out for a meal, coffee dates, pamper session and movies at the accommodation

You could have a pamper weekend! You could get your nails done, a massage, go to a spa or hot springs. High tea is also a fun day-time activity.

Maybe ahead of time ask the group for their individual preferences and suggestions. As well as activities, some may want some alone time or just be able to sleep in, head out for a walk without the screaming kids in tow, so if you get a sense of what people individually want you can set up the weekend to cater for everyone (or most).

During the day i would do touristy type sfuff like browsing shops, nice cafe lunch type thing. for the night depends if you want to eat out, but if you were staying in for a night, could be fun making mocktails since not everyone drink alcohol making pizzas or something. through the evening if staying in what about some sort of fun trivia type game?

I just had a ladies day last weekend and we went for a nice high tea, strolled through weekend markets, took touristy selfies, went for a massage, went for a nice dinner and all the while taking our time and talking all the way.
