There is a huge market for gluten free products and supermarkets are stocking more and more. If you want to make things yourself, try googling gluten free recipes.. There’s heaps of results that come up.

Woolworths own brand of chocolate mud cake is delicious, easy to make and cheaper than other brands.

only just printed out a recipe on here for Gluten Free delicious banana bread calls for buckwheat and LSA to name a few.

Aldi now have a range of gluten free products

I have also noticed many pre mix cakes in the supermarket, but I would google it. I am sure there are many recipes out there.

I am continually amazed at the number of premix cakes available as gluten free, it must be such a blessing for celiac sufferers

Best Recipes.com.au also has heaps of gluten free cake / baking recipes. They have a search bar for specific ingredients.

I search google and find heaps. Try searching exactly what your after like, gluten free chocolate cake.

Look for recipes that use almond meal instead. There is the most delicious one made with whole cooked oranges – so moist and really easy to make.

Type the question in to google an it will bring up some great recipes I always rely on this when I cant anything in the cooking books

I asked the question about vegan recipes. I have been looking on the mum recipe site and have found heaps. I have seen lovely gluten free ideas. Pop over and check it out.

You can buy gluten free flour at the supermarket and cake mixes that are gluten free. I actually think there is a magazine bought out about Gluten Free too.
