Only on my head. I was 8 weeks overdue for my period and was convinced I was pregnant. Then my period came 🙁

I was worried about this when I was pregnant with my daughter and first took the test. From what I have been told by my Dr a “false” positive is never really a false, as it usually means you are pregnant or had been pregnant and lost it. I have had a false negative and a test that did not work altogether which is why I asked in the first place, but you are more likely to get a false negative than get a false positive.

Yes and no it could be that you have had a chemical pregnancy (loss before 5weeks). Or it maybe simply a evap line. Best of luck for the future
