Personally I had only the large lego blocks around when my kids were little. When they got older I gave them the smaller lego pieces but kept it in their bedroom as my youngest who has Down syndrome was very oral and would mouth smaller items. I preferred safety

When your Gp isn’t concerned, then I wouldn’t be either. It will come out in the poo.

I know a lady who when about 5 or 6 years old pushed a screwed up lolly paper that she had picked up in the playground up her nose. He Mum couldn’t get it out sho she took her to Hospital as they weren’t near their local medical centre. Eventually after trying different methods they sedated her heavily and got it out with equipment. The girl got too distressed, started screaming louder and louder because of the pain even though they had given her some pain relief and naturally wouldn’t lie still enough.

If doc isn’t worried then it should be fine . Check the age on the label as every toy especially the Lego’s range have specified suitable ages eg for Ages 3 or more . Some pieces are so minute that you cant even see it properly . Be careful with all toys that have bits and pieces in general .

Kids do tend to pass these things. If they do not, then they follow up on removing items.

I would have been concened that it could get stuck part way through or vomit it up in the next few hours and get stuck.

No, not yet and hopefully never but they live Lego and especially the little Lego men so wouldn’t surprise me if they swallow a little head. As long as it’s not causing pain or blocking airway then it’s not too serious. We just have to wait for it to be pooped out.

No, mine hasn’t (or rather not that I know of) Not much different to a pip I suppose. Unless it causes pain, probably not a problem. Glad your child was ok (I think that’s the case from your question).
