Hello!

Its now 2 years since our lives have changed so much due to Covid. So many deaths and so much heartache for families. Not to mention businesses being closed down now and so many people losing there jobs. It breaks my heart to listen to the news to see basically everyday that someone has died from Covid.

  • It definitely has. It has made me appreciate the little things more now. Because we missed out on so much.

  • Yes, things have changed and Covid is still out there with 300 people dying in Australia a week (news tonight). We still get groceries delivered now and we are concious of trying support small local cafes and businesses more than we did before.

  • I think the whole situation could have been handled better than it was. Here in Vic things went extremely crazy, and still are. Prime minister announced covid vaccine to be voluntary but the state leaders took it upon themselves to force it onto people. So many peoples lives have changed and so many families and friends torn apart as a result. Not good.

  • I have found myself appreciating a lot of the smaller things and the freedoms we have and not take it for granted.

  • Don’t believe everything you see on the news. That’s all I can say…

  • I got pregnant during Covid. And now I got this beautiful Covid baby to remind me of this trying time. I love her to bits!

  • Yes it has, I have to admit I have Covid Fatigue, I am well and truly burnt out. My husband was made redundant which caused a huge amount of stress, thankfully he got his job back, my kids education suffered as they did not do well with online learning. And I am just a mum who is a bit of a mess and desperately needs a break.

  • My heart breaks for all those who have suffered and lost so much! Tbh, Covid has been a blessing for my family. My husband lost his job when it hit, but then he was able to do a fully funded TAFE course which has led to doing an apprenticeship in his dream job. Covid has also allowed us to be together at home more often which has helped us grow as a family. We have learnt to use what we have at home and try new meals due to empty grocery stores. Covid has been life changing but sometimes we just need to see the good in it.

  • I have really bad anxiety and am majorly depressed.
I am terrified of catching it, but if I’m honest…the periods of staying home have actually don’t wonders for my mental health.
I actually had an anxiety attack at everything opening back up.
