i heard of one for strawberry and chilli jam but I can’t find it now… sure that you could google it if you really wanted that combo

There are a couple of great jam recipes and fruit recipes in the recipe section

I have seen quite a few in the mags and on cooking shows lately. It seems that ‘jam sugar’ is awesome as it has pectin in it making the whole process so much easier

We used to make a lemon and strawberry jam, I will try and dig out the recipe. I usually just freeze any excess for smoothies!

There is a micrawave blueberry jam recipe here in MOMS. Maybe you could substitute with strawberries?
