I haven’t started as yet but have definitely began thinking seriously about it. When you realise it is September and see how fast the year has gone, we know it’s time to get the thinking caps on. I’ll be on the lookout now during any outings and start hiding gifts away.

Yep, I do the same and bank our rewards points for Christmas groceries etc. we would often use our flybuys points at Kmart to buy some books or board games however now that our kids are older it’s too hard to pre buy gifts. They chop and change what they want. I’d love to do like Ellen and instead of gifts do a trip or experience! Especially as they get older it would be special

A small amount so far. I put some pressies away for Christmas from the Big W Toy sale a few months back. Then I always bank my grocery fund discounts for Christmas. So far I have $200 for Woolies and $300 for Coles to go towards celebration food. Should probably start eyeing up trampoline prices for our toddler, I think that’s his gift this year

We haven’t started saving for or buying Christmas gifts yet and in fact we won’t buy any Christmas gifts. But we are saving to travel to Europe for 6 weeks over the summer holiday. This year we’ll go to Northern Ireland (where my husbands family lives), the Netherlands (where my family lives) and Norway. Plenty to safe for 🙂
