Self raising flour, 300 mls cream and approx the same of lemonade. Mix, but don’t over mix. Roll out and cut into rounds. Bake approx 12 mins at 200*C. Should come out delectable, crunchy brown on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. Slather on jam and whipped cream, aaahhh heaven

Buy the scones from bakery, mine turn out mediocre .

Lemonade scones are a winner. I’ve replaced lemonade with lemon and they turned out great too.

I always make mine from the 4ingredents book flour cream an lemonade so easy an so yummy

I usually just mix sr flour, water, cream and butter together to form a dough then i add my favourite ingredients like cheese and ham, or cooked pumpkin

I was going to suggest the Lemonade scones too. So many people say they are the best.

I just saw one here on MoMs with lemonade which I’ve heard makes them really fluffy. We are going to make these tomorrow 🙂
