I think the ear plugs are ok for washing hair

get them to hold their fingers in their ears, or tip head back…. why bother actually, I never worried about it, just poured water over his head, what is the issue???

Have you tried the soft little foamy ear plugs?? I’m not sure if they are appropriate but just a thought. Good luck

I have seen kids with wetsuit fabric headbands designed specifically for this, I am sorry I don’t know the maker, maybe ask at your local swimming pool/swim school?

I just had some impressions done for ear plugs for my son today. It is moulded to his ear and is meant to keep water out. We saw an ENT.

Silicone ear plugs, they are kind of like a blue tack kind of substance, so they are pliable and waterproof. I used them for my son when he had grommets, it meant he could still bathe and swim without water getting in his ears and damaging the grommets.

You can use blu tack! Works a treat when my daughter goes swimming. You can also go to the chemist and get a product that’s similar to blu tack that moulds into the ear.

Ear plugs were my first thought. Now I have no idea. Maybe go to a chemist and ask, they’re full of great little inventions and advice. Hope you find an answer soon
