How did you announce your pregnancy?

We are due to welcome our first child in June next year, and with so many creative pregnancy announcements around, I’m wondering how other mums shared their exciting news with family and friends.

Im not into fancy and Ive never been someone that likes all the attention on me. So being the low key person that I am I simply told my family and allowed the news to spread via word of mouth. Did that with all 3 of my kids. By baby 3 it was my youngest that put the word out to everyone that “Mummys having a baby”

Nothing creative, we just told our nearest and dearest the good old fashioned way, face to face. Congratulations to you also xo

Announced it by posting a photo and writing a status about it on Facebook. Wish I was more creative but maybe for next time.

Our family knew that we loved our puppies so much and we treated them like babies. So when we announced our pregnancy to Facebook for our friends and family it was a picture of the dogs with a sign saying “we are getting a human”
Also I told my dad on his birthday with a card address to “poppy” he jumped up and down out of excitement.
