They are written in house by publishers. I’m not sure that it’s a specific role; probably part of marketing.

I always write my own. Sometimes publishing houses in conjunction with the Author work out was a great ‘hook’ would be.

I would contact publishing houses and see whether they will give you a go.

Sounds to me like maybe one Mum’s response when she asked an author friend of hers is spot on the money. Authors generally have a FB page, so maybe that’s a good place to start.

I have to say I have never seen a job advert for this job before….ever! My first place to start would be publishing companies. Hopefully they could point me in the right direction

I have written to authors when I have liked there book or article, had replies. but if you find out let me know as a passion I would like to have a go. wrote revue or a play once too. As great to let others know what they do means to you. All the best
