Have fun! I’m currently having issues uploading a recipe pic. It keeps telling me “Sorry, only images to upload.” Which is confusing cos images is all I’m trying to upload :/

Is it a profile pic for your MoMs account? Then I think you mean upload? Just head over to your profile, click on add a profile pic, select option of take a pic, use from file etc And Ta da should be done

I think it’s all to do with the size of the photo. Maybe you need to adjust it? Good luck.

Yes you have to make sure that the picture is the right size! I have run into this problem!

You have to make sure that the picture is the right size. I am not sure how to reconfigure but that is most likely the issue. I wonder if you take the photo on a phone versus a camera makes a difference.

I have the same problem as my photos are too big the site says – I don’t know enough to resize it so also have not been able to do it..

Reduce the size of your photo and if it fails; contact a member of the Mouth of Mums Team for support.

are you referring to a profile pic for this site? If so, ensure that your photo is no less then 400 pixels wide. If too big it wont load either. I usually don’t go over 500 pixels.
I found an easy way to check this is to open your photo in “paint” program. You can resize it via pixels. Type in 400 and save your photo. Try again to upload it.
If this doesn’t work, then I suggest you email the Mom Team.
